Travel Expenses: if event is in person and
speaker
must travel more than 50 miles to event, travel
expenses will be included in the engagement
price
quote and will be paid by the requesting
organization.
Materials Cost: cost of
handouts/packets will be
included in the engagement price quote and will be
paid by the requesting person/organization.
You understand that the information provided in the
engagement consultation will be used to prepare a
speaker price quote for the event stated
above. The
speaker price quote is not binding on the
requestor/organization or the speaker. If the
requester/organization and speaker agree to move
forward with scheduling the speaking engagement
a
separate contract must be signed.
